Swimming lessons

Swimming is not only a sport but also a necessary skill which may be useful in many real life situations. In addition swimming has many beneficial effects for the body: water provides relaxation and alleviates fatigue, there is no pressure on the body, it feels light, and the muscles of the whole body work. Swimming helps you retain your youthful appearance longer, facilitates metabolism, and improves body posture and blood circulation. Furthermore, it is beneficial for curing spinal curvatures, flatfoot, and asthma.
We welcome everybody to the swimming pool. Children from 8 years of age are admitted. Swimming lessons are held for a maximum of 2 persons at a time. Duration: 60 min. |
