SWIMMING IN A MINERAL WATER POOL

Experience exquisite pleasure in the mineral water pool in the Grand Spa Lietuva water park! Mineral water is extracted from a depth of 230 meters, and surrounds you with pleasant warmth of 34ºC. Minerals in the water gently irritate skin receptors, normalize the tone of the nervous system, strengthen the cardiovascular system, and boost the immune system.

WATER AEROBICS (25-30 MIN)

Aerobics classes in the large pool of Grand Spa Lietuva is a great fun even for those who cannot swim. Under the sounds of lively music, water exercises will solve many health problems, help to recover from injuries, lose weight without much effort, or simply have a good time.

Time of water aerobics classes: I – VII 18:30
