“GRAND SPA LIETUVA” RANKS AMONG COMPANIES WITH THE LOWEST EMPLOYEE TURNOVER!

Grand SPA Lietuva has been ranked 2nd among Lithuania’s SPA, leisure, and wellness service providers with the lowest employee turnover. The results were published by the employment platform LoveJob, which analyzed employee turnover across 50 different business sectors and selected the three employers with the lowest turnover rate in each sector. The study was based on 2025 data provided by Lithuania’s State Social Insurance Fund Board (Sodra).

In the SPA, leisure, and wellness services sector, the Druskininkai Health and Recreation Centre ranked first with an employee turnover rate of 14.8%, followed by Grand SPA Lietuva with 20.5%, while SPA Birštonas ranked third with 27.5%.

The authors of the study note that low employee turnover does not necessarily mean an organization is free of internal challenges or difficulties. Various factors may influence turnover, including the region, limited employment opportunities, a niche business profile, or other circumstances. However, in many cases, a low employee turnover rate is considered a positive signal for prospective employees, as it may indicate well-established internal processes, higher employee engagement and loyalty, organizational stability, favorable working conditions, competitive remuneration, and other employee benefits.

Employee turnover rates should always be assessed within the context of companies operating in the same industry. Different sectors vary in terms of business specifics, seasonality, nature of work, market competition, and other factors. Therefore, the most meaningful comparisons are those made between organizations engaged in similar activities.
