SQUASH – TABLE TENNIS

Upon arriving at the wellness and leisure complex “Grand SPA Lietuva”, you will be able to enjoy active recreation by playing table tennis or squash. Currently, squash is a very popular game worldwide, played in a special court where two players take turns hitting a ball against the wall using rackets. In terms of physical effort, squash is one of the most intense sports, improving coordination and having a positive impact on heart function. The game is similar to tennis but easier to learn, does not require exhausting training, and is highly active and engaging — players burn 2–3 times more energy than when playing tennis.
