“GRAND SPA LIETUVA” PARTICIPATED IN THE “HR WEEK LIETUVA 2026” CONFERENCE!

On September 10–11, the “HR Week Lietuva” conference took place at LITEXPO, the Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre in Vilnius. It is one of the most significant events in Lithuania dedicated to human resources and people management. The two-day conference brought together more than 1,800 HR managers and specialists, company executives, and other professionals interested in people management, leadership, and organisational development.

This year, more than 80 speakers shared their knowledge and experience, focusing on some of the most relevant topics today — HR leadership, organisational resilience, psychological safety, continuous change, and the impact of artificial intelligence on the workplace. The conference provided an excellent opportunity not only to hear the latest insights, but also to meet colleagues from different organisations, exchange best practices, and build new professional connections.

The HR, Marketing, and Sales teams of “Grand SPA Lietuva” also took part in the event. Our HR team gained valuable insights into modern people management, employee motivation, organisational culture, leadership, and the latest HR trends. We believe that these new ideas and insights will help us continue strengthening our team and creating an even better working environment.

During the event, we presented the services offered by “Grand SPA Lietuva”. Our team had the opportunity to meet and engage with conference participants and invite them to discover the services of our resort. We also organised an interactive lottery, which attracted considerable attention and encouraged participant engagement. Those interested also had the opportunity to book their stay on the spot.

We are delighted to have been part of this event — gaining new knowledge, meeting HR professionals, presenting “Grand SPA Lietuva”, and building new connections.
