THE KAROLIS DINEIKA CONFERENCE TOOK PLACE AT THE GRAND SPA LIETUVA COMPLEX!

On June 10, the Karolis Dineika conference titled “Druskininkai: The Code of Longevity” took place at the “Grand SPA Lietuva” complex. The event brought together experts in medicine, health promotion, and longevity, who shared the latest knowledge and insights on healthy aging, physical activity, spa medicine, and the principles of longevity.

During the conference, special attention was given to honoring Karolis Dineika’s legacy and exploring modern health-enhancing methods, aiming to answer the question of how to remain healthier, more active, and energetic for longer.

A presentation titled “The Paradox of the Modern Human: Will We Rush Toward Longevity?” was delivered by Dr. Vilija Okė, a physician, rheumatologist, and medical doctor in medical sciences at “Grand SPA Lietuva.”

We are also especially proud of our long-time outstanding physician in physical medicine and rehabilitation, Dr. Dalia Vosylienė, who was awarded the Karolis Dineika Prize during the conference. She is the fourth laureate of this award established by the Druskininkai municipality, with more than 40 years of professional experience and applying procedures based on Karolis Dineika’s methodology.

Conference participants left not only with new knowledge but also with motivation to take better care of their health and longevity. We are pleased that this important conference took place at the “Grand SPA Lietuva” complex, and we are sharing moments from the event.
